UK Orders

Orders received before 11am will be shipped same day via our UK Logistics Hub in Aintree, which services UK with Free Shipping. (Excluding weekends) 

Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next day. 

Delivery is via DHL on a NEXT DAY service therefore most orders will be received within 1-2 days after shipping. 

Depending on the courier, some orders require a signature on delivery. If your address is unattended, a delivery card may be left with instructions to re-organise a redelivery. Should this occur, please make the arrangements directly with the courier company, ensuring someone will be available to sign for delivery.

Alternatively, we can instruct the courier to leave your order at your door on request. Please leave comments in the instructions tab when you place your order to complete your request.

Delivery times

Delivery with DHL on the NEXT DAY service will be received the day following shipping Monday – Friday. Please allow for delays during peak periods

Delivery NEXT DAY by MIDDAY for UK orders is also available on request. Please include a note when placing your order to alert our team. 

We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.

Delivery Enquiries

Please ensure you provide a valid and deliverable address for your order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Notification

You will receive your consignment number which is your tracking number via email once the order is fulfilled.
