Returns
- You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.
- Please contact us before sending any item back for exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
