Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost.

Please contact us with photos of the damaged product.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging seals not tampered or opened in any form.

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after assembly or if the product does not fit.

Encourage you to measure your intended space using the size charts and guides that are listed in the photo library and also under the “Sizing and Dimensions” tab under each product listing:

Change of mind items prior to assembly must be returned in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging seals not tampered r opened in any form.

The Dryer Stands are adjustable for most domestic washing machines and tumble dryers, measuring your space will also ensure that you will be able to reach functional buttons before placing your order.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The Dryerstand warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase on your invoice.

The warranty does not cover:

Improper use or Misuse
Normal wear and tear.
Product that has been damaged by accident or negligent use.
Product used for something other than the intended purpose.
Any modifications to the product.
Damage from fire, flooding, or other natural disasters.
Accidental damage or acts of nature.
Purchased from unauthorised sellers.
